1. Delivery Area

We currently deliver across the United Kingdom. If your area is not covered, you will be notified during checkout.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding bank holidays)
  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) GMT on a business day are usually processed the same day
  • During peak periods (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, etc.), processing times may be slightly longer
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, including tracking information where available

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Standard Delivery

  • Timeframe: 2–4 business days
  • Cost: FREE on all orders within the United Kingdom

Express Delivery

  • Timeframe: 1–2 business days
  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your location

Next-Day Delivery

  • Timeframe: Next business day (for orders placed before 12:00 PM GMT)
  • Cost: Calculated at checkout
  • Availability: Subject to location and product availability

4. Delivery Details

  • All deliveries are made between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
  • We will attempt delivery to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure the delivery address is accurate and complete
  • If no one is available to receive the delivery, the carrier may leave the bouquet in a safe place or with a neighbour (where possible), or a delivery card will be left
  • For special delivery instructions (e.g., “leave with neighbour”, “leave at reception”), please add a note during checkout

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with:

  • Order confirmation number
  • Carrier and tracking information (where available)
  • Estimated delivery date

6. Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your delivery details before confirming your order.

Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails and the order is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your bouquet arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.


7. Peak Season Delivery

During high-demand periods such as:

  • Valentine’s Day (14 February)
  • Mother’s Day
  • Christmas and New Year
  • Easter

Delivery times may be extended. We recommend placing your order early to ensure timely delivery. Special cut-off dates for these occasions will be announced on our website and social media.


8. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. We deliver within the United Kingdom only.
