Orders & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday). Once dispatched, delivery times are:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days (FREE on all UK orders)
  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days
  • Next-Day Delivery: Next business day (for orders placed before 12:00 PM GMT)

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the tracking link to follow your delivery in real time. If you do not receive tracking details, please contact us at info@stratolusso.shop.

Do you deliver outside the United Kingdom?

No, we currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How much does delivery cost?

We offer free standard delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom. Express and next-day delivery options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

Can I choose a specific delivery date?

We currently do not offer date-specific delivery. However, orders placed before 12:00 PM GMT are typically dispatched the same day. For time-sensitive orders (e.g., birthdays, anniversaries), we recommend choosing express or next-day delivery.

What happens if no one is home when the delivery arrives?

The carrier may leave the bouquet in a safe place or with a neighbour. If delivery is not possible, a delivery card will be left with further instructions.


Returns & Refunds

Can I return my flowers?

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we do not accept physical returns. However, if your bouquet arrives damaged, wilted, or is not what you ordered, you are eligible for a full refund or free replacement. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

How do I request a refund?

Email us at info@stratolusso.shop or call +44 161 711 1741 within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the bouquet. We will respond within 1–2 business days.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible at info@stratolusso.shop or +44 161 711 1741. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

My flowers arrived damaged. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the damaged bouquet
  • Your preferred resolution (refund or replacement)

We will arrange a full refund or send a replacement bouquet at no extra cost.

Will my flowers look exactly like the product photos?

Our bouquets are made with fresh, natural flowers. Due to seasonal availability, specific flower types, colours, and arrangement styles may vary slightly from the images shown. We always ensure equal or greater quality and value.
